Job responsibilities include…
- Direct legal, regulatory and compliance matters for commercial real estate
- Engage, develop and finalize strategies for real estate acquisitions/dispositions, financings, mergers and acquisitions, procurement and vendor contracts and construction and development projects
- Oversee litigation management and risk management functions
Key Qualifications include…
- 5+ years of relevant associate level experience in a Corporate legal department or Law firm
- Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and lease agreements
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team on varying projects
- Excellent customer relation, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be based or ready to relocate to Chicago
