Position Overview:

- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including landowners, utilities, and governmental entities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate legal strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in a state bar association.
- 5-10 years of legal experience, with a strong background in leases, easements, and power purchase agreements.
- Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
