A multinational financial services company is looking for an Associate Directory of Regulatory Relations.
This position deals with Regulatory Relationships, Internal Reporting, and Program Governance
Maintaining Regulatory Relationships:
- You'd be the primary contact for the Federal Reserve (Fed) and Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC)
- Maintain regulatory relationships across U.S. operations
- Facilitate examinations and monitor meetings conducted by regulators
- Coordinate and conduct due diligence
- Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to formulate appropriate responses to any regulatory requests
- Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, operations, procedures, and risk management controls
Internal Reporting:
- Help with preparing reports to communicate any exam activities and issues
- prepare internal reports for Board of Directors
- Track any regulatory risks through metrics reports
- Coordinate uploading of Board Materials
Program Governance:
- Maintain an issue management strategy that aligns with regulatory expectations
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy or any regulatory response such as data requests
- Advise management on issue management and remediation plans
