An AmLaw 100 firm with one of the best ranked Investment Management practices is currently seeking a mid-level attorney with experience in the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related regulations.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Advise national and multinational registered and private funds and their sponsors, investment advisers, broker-dealers and others on business formation and growth.
- Prepare and review registration statements and offering documents, board meeting materials, investment management agreements and related materials.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor required
- 2+ years of experience handling '33, '34, and '40 Act
- Experience at a law firm preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
