The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for:
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts for a variety of different aspects of the business.
- Maintain compliance with current policies of applicable laws, rules and regulations, while creating and updating policies as needed.
- Review promotional materials when in regards to medical and legal matters.
- Mitigate and counsel on potential legal issues while counseling con contractual arrangements.
The Assistant General Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to any state bar.
- 10+ years of experience as an attorney.
- Candidates with in-house and/or law firm experience welcome.
- Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
