The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare fraud and abuse laws and FDA promotional regulations.
- Being the lead counsel for business initiatives involving product lifecycle.
- Working closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams to advise on FDA regulatory matters.
- Counseling on various business issues and providing solutions to help mitigate risk across the company.
The Assistant General Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) with 10+ years of experience.
- A member and in good standing of any state bar.
- Significant FDA regulatory and product management experience.
- In depth experience advising on Healthcare Laws and Regulations within the life sciences industry.
