An AmLaw 100 company is looking for a Labor and Employment Associate. The associate will work with each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to them from investigation through conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Position statement drafting
- Correspondence with agency requests for information
- Settlement negotiations
- Conduct remote mediations representing clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in employment law spaces, focusing on drafting position statements and representing clients at hearings, mediations and settlements
- Impeccable executive functioning skills, strong work ethic, plenty of exposure working on deadline, excellent time management
- Active bar license in state of residence
