Investment Operations & Deal Execution Coordinator
Investment Operations & Deal Execution Coordinator
(Legal / Contracts / Deal Process Focus)
The business is entrepreneurial, fast‑moving, and highly collaborative. While their transactions can be complex, their culture is pragmatic and relationship‑driven. They value people who take ownership, communicate calmly, and keep momentum moving behind the scenes.
This role supports a senior investment and legal leadership team, with line management based internationally and day‑to‑day collaboration conducted in English.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Deal Execution / Legal Operations professional to support the smooth delivery of investment transactions from documentation through to signing.

- Maintain oversight of multiple transactions running in parallel
Legal & Contract Support
- Support the preparation, review, and circulation of contracts, term sheets, and execution documents
- Ensure that commercially agreed terms are accurately reflected in final documentation, flagging discrepancies where needed
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central point of contact between Legal, Investment, Finance, Tax, and senior approvers
- Proactively chase inputs and signatures in a diplomatic, relationship‑driven manner
- Help a junior in‑house legal function by taking ownership of process, administration, and execution logistics
