A nationally recognized labor and employment practice is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Of Counsel to join its growing Seattle office. What You'll Do
- Advise employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance, workplace investigations, litigation, and risk mitigation.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims.
- Collaborate with a national team of attorneys to deliver innovative, business-aligned legal solutions.
- Contribute to the team's strategic growth through client service excellence and thought leadership.
Who You Are
- You have at least 7 years of experience in labor and employment law, ideally within a sophisticated law firm or in-house legal department.
- You are admitted to practice in the State of Washington.
- You bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a client-first mindset.
- You're seeking a role with flexibility-whether that's a traditional partner track, a long-term non-partner path, or a reduced schedule. This flexibility can evolve over time based on your goals.
