A leading AmLaw firm is seeking an accomplished Healthcare Transactions Partner to join its nationally recognized healthcare practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead complex transactional matters for major healthcare providers, private equity firms, and other industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel on healthcare-related M&A, joint ventures, affiliations, and other strategic transactions.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and state-specific healthcare regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on business and legal strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including tax, antitrust, and regulatory specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare transactions at a top law firm or in-house at a major healthcare organization.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks and transactional structures.
- Portable book of business preferred but not required (firm offers strong platform for growth).
- Admission to relevent state bar required.
